A “Swachh Lohri” campaign was lead by Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi, MP from AIWEFA office, Lady Irwin College to Bengali market via Babar road. The Lady Irwin College students and staff joined the lohri celebrations with great enthusiasm singing and dancing to the dhol beats. The Eco club of the college organised compititions for making posters and writing slogans fro the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. This the function was and unique example of combining good work and fun.
