Financial Advisor ( TATA AIA Project) -2016
This project was intended to empower women by this “ Women Empowerment Business Opportunity for Females” by TATA AIA.

- TATA AIA team with candidates at NIOS JOB FAIR in January 2016.

- TATA-workshop to mobilize non-collegiate , University of Delhi ,women candidates.
The candidates mobilized and selected by AIWEFA will be required to be:
- Class X pass.
- More than 18 years of age.
- Attend a 5 days course.
- After the course pass IRDA ( Insurance Regulatoty Development Authority Examination
After passing the examination they will become TATA AIA , IRDA approved Insurance Advisors and are likely to earn Rs. 10,000/-to Rs. 15,000/-. They can operate from their homes.
To mobilize candidates AIWEFA had put posters at many strategic places, like colleges, NGOs, public & market places, also distributing flyers and holding workshops.
