45 years of Design Skills and Transcontinental Collaboration (A talk in collaboration with DCH)

AIWEFA in association with Asian Heritage Foundation, The Kunj, DC Handicrafts, Bangalore International Centre recreated the intervention of Rajeev Sethi with Zandra Rhodes principally for pedagogic outreach for the next generation. AIWEFA organised a successful event on 13th March 2026 with Dame Zandra Rhodes and Mr. Rajeev Sethi ‘45 years of Design Skills and Transcontinental Collaboration’.

The conversation between the two was very interesting and stimulating. The audience enjoyed their journey of friendship and design skills over 45 years through their lens using nice AV materials, narration and live commentary. It was indeed a great evening. The event was held in Collaboration with DC Handicrafts at ‘The Kunj’. It was a well-attended event with about 130 attendees from educational institutions (like Lady Irwin College, Institute of Home Economics, NIFT, Pearl Academy), designers, budding entrepreneurs, the Who’s who of Industry and AIWEFA EC and Life members.
